*Location:* Sitapura Industrial Area

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and sales through outbound telephone calls to potential customers. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Make outbound telephone calls* to potential customers to promote our products or services and generate new business leads.

2. *Build relationships* with potential customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

3. *Present our products or services* in a clear and compelling way, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.

4. *Handle objections* and concerns from potential customers in a professional and persuasive manner.

5. *Close sales deals* by negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with potential customers.

6. *Meet or exceed sales targets* on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

7. *Maintain accurate records* of sales calls, leads, and customer interactions using our CRM system.

8. *Stay up-to-date* on our products or services, industry trends, and competitor activity to maintain a high level of product knowledge.

9. *Collaborate* with other teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

10. *Continuously improve* sales skills and techniques through training, coaching, and self-development.

*Requirements:*

11. *Education:* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.

12. *Experience:* 1-2 years of experience in telesales, sales, or a related field.

13. *Skills:*
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

14. *Personal Qualities:*
- Results-driven and motivated to meet sales targets.
- Confident and assertive with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
