Job Description: Telesales Executive in Education Department

Position Overview:
The Telesales Executive in the Education Department is responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into customers through outbound calls within the education sector. This role involves promoting educational products, services, or programs to schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.

Job Role : Business Development Executive

Salary : 15k to 25k

Timing : 10Am to 6 Pm

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers within the education sector to promote educational products, services, or programs.

2. Identify and qualify sales leads by understanding the needs and requirements of educational institutions.

3. Present product or service information to prospects over the phone and address any questions or concerns they may have.

4. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, inquiries, or referrals.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions to foster repeat business and referrals.

6. Achieve sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager or team leader.

7. Keep accurate records of all sales activities, including calls made, leads generated, and sales closed.

8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for reaching educational institutions and increasing sales.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and educational market developments.

10. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the education sector or related field.

2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

3. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

4. Ability to understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.

5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

6. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

7. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

8. Knowledge of the education sector and familiarity with educational products or services is a plus.

9. High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
