**Job Title: Telesales Executive - Finance Department**

**Location: Jaipur, mansarovar**

**Salary: 10k to 12k + incentives**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our Finance Department. The role involves promoting financial products or services (like loans, credit cards, insurance, investment plans, etc.) over the phone, identifying customer needs, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Promote and explain financial products/services clearly.

Understand client needs and suggest appropriate solutions.

Handle customer queries professionally and effectively.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer details

Follow up on leads provided by the company.

Coordinate with internal teams like operations or documentation.

**Eligibility Criteria**:
Education: Minimum Graduate or Undergraduate with experience

Experience: 6 months to 2 years in telesales (preferably in BFSI sector)

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of financial products is preferred.

Target-oriented and a team player.

**Working Hours**:
Day Shift (9 AM - 6 PM)

6 Days Working (with Sunday off )

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,086.00 - ₹12,007.33 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
