Conversion Rate: Measuring the percentage of leads that convert into sales.

Call Volume: Measuring the number of calls made by the telesales executive.

Call Quality: Measuring the quality of the telesales executive's calls, including their tone of voice, communication skills, and ability to handle objections.

Sales Pipeline: Measuring the number of leads in the sales pipeline and their stage in the sales process.

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Measuring the cost of acquiring a new customer through telesales efforts.

Average Deal Size: Measuring the average size of deals closed by the telesales executive.

Sales Growth: Measuring the rate of growth in sales revenue over time.

Feedback from Colleagues: Measuring feedback from colleagues, such as supervisors or team members, on the telesales executive's performance and effectiveness in selling digital marketing services.

Lead Response Time: Measuring the average response time to new leads and inquiries, and ensuring that leads are followed up on in a timely manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
