**Role Overview**
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused **Customer Support Associate** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them resolve issues, understand our products, and ensure a smooth user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to provide timely resolutions and build lasting client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide step-by-step guidance on using Surepass products and APIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in support systems.
- Assist clients with onboarding and integration-related queries.
- Provide feedback to the product team on recurring issues and customer needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely, professional, and empathetic support.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in a simple way.
- Familiarity with support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom) is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
