**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information about our products and services, assisting customers with their needs.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service quality.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to better assist customers.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related role is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of Wati is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
