**Job Description - Customer Care Executive**

**Purpose of Job**: Ensuring customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and foster positive relationships between the company and its customers..

**Education Required** M.B.A/Postgraduate/Graduate

**Experience Required** 2+ Years.

**Industry Type** Retail or Ecommerce

**Location** Gurugram Near Moulsari Avenue, 27 Steps from Moulsari Metro Station (Permanent Location) Delhi - Karol Bagh (Temporary Location)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Helping customers in choosing the right product for their requirements also help them to make a buying decision as well as suggest add-on products.
- Assisting Customers with order creation process & payment links if they are facing a problem and troubleshooting it.
- Liaise with the internal team (for e.g. Logistics) for orders dispatch and ensuring their prompt delivery.
- Dealing with customer issues & providing customers with clear instructions to resolve them.
- Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Experience in retail sales would be a plus.
- Should be presentable, have excellent communication skills and convincing ability.
- Updating customers about new offers/launches or about promotions as and when required

**Key skills required**
- Excellent communication & strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective Customer Satisfaction through problem solving and guidance.
- Proficient in working on calls, in person customer dealing etc
- Prior knowledge of Handling customers, query resolution.

**Salary Budget**
- 3.6 LPA - 5 LPA.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
