Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Care Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer care calls, resolve queries, process orders from Shopify, and ensure excellent post-sales support. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer care calls in a professional and polite manner.
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly.
  • Process and manage customer orders via
    Shopify platform
    .
  • Track and update order status, shipping details, and returns/refunds where applicable.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, accounts) for order fulfillment.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    in customer care / call handling (E-commerce preferred).
  • Familiarity with
    Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
    is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English required).
  • Strong problem-solving ability and customer-first approach.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
  • Additional training in customer service is a plus.

Salary

  • As per industry standards (based on experience and skills).
