**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Care Executive in the Sales department, you will be the face of our showroom, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers throughout their car buying journey. You will ensure customer satisfaction, address inquiries, and help maintain a welcoming showroom environment that enhances the overall sales experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom.
- Assist customers in understanding their car preferences and requirements.
- Provide detailed information about various car models, features, and pricing.
- **Sales Support**:
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
- Offer test drives and explain car features during the experience.
- Ensure all customer documentation is accurately completed and submitted.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on new car models, specifications, and competitive features.
- Educate customers about financing options, insurance, and after-sales services.
- **Showroom Maintenance**:
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.
- Ensure display cars are clean and presentable.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve sales techniques and customer handling skills.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Passion for automobiles and customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
