**Job Description: Customer Support Executive/Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain customer records and feedback for process improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on complaints and escalations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer support process.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in customer service or support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer escalations effectively.

**Location**: West Delhi
**Salary**: Competitive and based on experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
