
Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- **Feedback Collection**:
- Engage with customers post-interaction to gather feedback on their experience.
- Identify common themes in feedback to highlight recurring issues or requests.
- **Issue Identification**:
- Analyze feedback to identify root causes of customer dissatisfaction.
- Prioritize critical feedback and communicate recurring problems to relevant departments for further investigation.
- Provide actionable insights to improve the customer experience.
- **Follow-Up**:
- Ensure customers are satisfied with the resolution of their feedback.
- Reach out to customers to inform them of changes or improvements made based on their feedback.
- Address unresolved issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
- **Feedback Reporting**:
- Maintain clear records of all customer feedback interactions.
- Create regular reports for management, highlighting trends and potential areas of improvement.
- Suggest improvements to support processes based on customer feedback.
- **Customer Communication**:
- Provide clear and consistent communication about how their feedback is being utilized.
- Ensure that customers feel valued and their opinions are respected.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work with product, service, and operations teams to implement changes based on customer feedback.
- Share valuable insights with colleagues to foster a customer-centric culture.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and act on customer feedback.
- Empathy and active listening skills.
- Experience with customer feedback tools (e.g., surveys, feedback software).
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
- Prior experience in a customer support role is preferred.
This position is ideal for someone passionate about improving customer experiences and making a tangible impact on service quality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
