**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Provide timely and accurate responses to all customer queries related to gameplay, in-game purchases, account issues, and technical support.**:

- **Assist customers in troubleshooting technical problems, guiding them step-by-step to resolve issues.**:

- **Collaborate with the game development and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.**:

- **Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and issues.**:

- **Continuously enhance customer satisfaction by delivering top-quality service and resolving concerns quickly.**:

- **Contribute to creating a positive and engaging gaming community.**:

- **Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in the gaming industry to provide relevant and informed support.**:

- **Process in-game requests, such as refunds, account bans, and moderation inquiries, in accordance with company policies.**

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Strong communication skills in Tamil, Telugu, English, and Hindi (verbal and written).**:

- **Proven customer service experience, preferably in the gaming industry or a related field.**:

- **In-depth knowledge and passion for gaming, with the ability to relate to the gaming community.**:

- **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.**:

- **Patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.**:

- **Comfortable with troubleshooting common gaming issues, such as connectivity problems, account issues, and in-game bugs.**:

- **Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.**:

- **Basic technical knowledge is a plus (e.g., familiarity with gaming platforms, mobile games, or online gaming environments).**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
