Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Sales Representative / Telecalling Executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing our healthcare software solutions and generating qualified leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound tele calls to NDIS providers, aged care agencies, and healthcare businesses.
- Present and promote GetCare360 features (shift management, HR, compliance, recruitment, invoicing).
- Generate appointments for demos and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Skills & Requirements
- Prior telecalling or telesales experience (preferably in healthcare / software / NDIS sector).
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to explain software solutions in simple terms.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and team player.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
