Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook a wide range of Tandoor dishes, including bread, meats, and vegetables, according to established recipes and specifications.

2. Operate and maintain Tandoor equipment, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness.

3. Monitor and control Tandoor cooking temperatures to ensure optimal cooking and flavor infusion.

4. Assist senior chefs in preparing ingredients, marinating meats, and coordinating food preparation activities.

5. Plate and present Tandoor dishes in an appealing and appetizing manner, adhering to presentation standards.

6. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Tandoor section of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and cleaning of equipment.

7. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of Tandoor-related ingredients and supplies.

8. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.

9. Adhere to food safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of food items.

10. Contribute creative ideas and suggestions for Tandoor menu development and improvement.

**Requirements**:
1. Previous experience working as a Commi 1 or similar role, with specific expertise in Tandoor cooking techniques.

2. Strong knowledge of Tandoor cooking methods, including marinating, skewering, and cooking in a

Tandoor oven.

3. Passion for food and a genuine interest in Indian cuisine.

4. Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

6. Attention to detail and commitment to culinary excellence.

7. Certification or diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred.

8. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

9. Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.

10. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
