**Position Summary**: The Orchard Resort in Belgaum is seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to recipes and specifications.
- Ensure that all food preparation and cooking processes are carried out efficiently and in accordance with established standards.
- Assist senior chefs in the preparation of ingredients, cooking, and plating of dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including proper storage of food items and cleaning of kitchen equipment.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely delivery of food orders.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to menu planning and development by providing insights and suggestions for Indian cuisine offerings.
- Stay updated on current culinary trends and techniques related to Indian cuisine.
- Uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste consistency.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience working as a Commi 1 or similar role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.

2. Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, including regional variations and traditional cooking techniques.

3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

4. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

5. Attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.

6. Certification or diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred.

7. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

8. Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
