Field Sales Officer

**Responsibilities**
- Management and development of the existing channels and finding new dealers in his/her territory in alignment with the Master Distribution Plan
- Responsible for regular field visits to dealers in the territory to ensure the effective management
- Following up performance of all dealers and prospect pipeline in his/her territory
- Prepare customer pipeline for the responsible territory and create a prioritization to define the focus customers. Do regular visits according to prioritization to promote Cherry Agencies brands, do the technical follow-up at selected sales opportunities
- Monitoring and reporting market trends covering local sales campaigns, marketing activities
- Responsible for ensuring the achievement of financial and market share targets of the territory
**Requirements**:
- Knowledge of business concepts (profit, margin, variable cost, ROI), industry best practices, sales & negotiation techniques, and legislative requirements.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Educational Qualification - BA Degree in Sales and Marketing related studies
- Min. 3 years of experience in tire industry
- Experience in the automotive battery industry is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,496.48 - ₹25,000.00 per month
