We are looking for a **Sales Officer - HoReCa Sales** in **Bangalore** to strengthen our presence in the South Indian market.
**Role Overview**
The **Sales Officer - HoReCa Sales** will be responsible for driving HoReCa business growth in Bangalore by acquiring new customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the frozen food industry. The role requires a strong network in the HoReCa segment and proven experience in frozen foods sales.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and expand the **HoReCa customer base** (hotels, restaurants, caterers, QSR chains, and institutional clients) in Bangalore.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, and F&B decision-makers.
- Conduct **product demonstrations, tastings, and promotional activities** to drive product acceptance and brand visibility.
- Coordinate with distributors and channel partners to ensure smooth order execution and timely supply.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging market trends to provide actionable insights.
- Consistently achieve assigned **monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets**.
- Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and share forecasts with management.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- **3-5 years of proven sales experience in the frozen food industry with a focus on HoReCa sales (mandatory).**:
- Strong client network in Bangalore’s HoReCa market.
- Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region for client visits and business growth.
