**Job Title**: Field Sales Officer

**Reports to**: Sales Manager/Regional Manager

**Location**: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Vijayawada.

**Job Summary**:
**Product Line**:_**Organic/ Chemical Free Jaggery ( Gud ) Powder, Liquid and Solid Forms. **_

We seek an aggressive and result-oriented Field Sales Officer to promote our products/services to new and existing customers, achieve sales targets, and expand our market presence.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

3. Conduct sales calls, presentations, and demonstrations

4. Meet and exceed sales targets

5. Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis

6. Provide product training and support to customers

7. Resolve customer complaints and concerns

8. Maintain accurate sales records and reports

9. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, etc.)

10. Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals

**Requirements**:
1. 1-3 years of sales experience in FMCG (field sales preferred)

2. PUC / Diploma / BBM / Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

4. Strong product knowledge of FMCG ( Food ) and technical skills

5. Ability to travel extensively

6. Valid driver's license.

7. Proficient in Google sheets and Microsoft Office

8. Results-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient

**Desirable Skills**:
1. Industry knowledge and experience in Food / FMCG related products.

2. Sales certifications or training

3. Fluency in local languages

4. Experience with sales analytics and data analysis
