**Marconix Sales Solutions Pvt. Ltd.** is a trusted name in sales outsourcing and consulting, driving growth for top brands across India. We are currently hiring a **Field Marketing Manager** for our client **EPSON**, to lead their consumer engagement and on-ground sales activities in Bangalore.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Visit customer locations to demonstrate **EPSON projectors** and explain key features and advantages
- Understand customer requirements and convert leads into sales opportunities
- Build strong relationships with **local distributors, dealers, and market influencers**:

- Collaborate with EPSON’s marketing team to follow up on leads and deliver high-quality customer experiences
- Drive referrals and generate new leads through **market engagement and rapport building**:

- Submit regular visit reports, sales updates, and market feedback
- **1-3 years** of field sales experience, preferably in **consumer electronics, AV solutions, or home entertainment**:

- Sound understanding of **audio-visual technology (AV)** and customer demonstration best practices
- Excellent communication in **English, Hindi, and Kannada (local language)**:

- Confident personality with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- **Two-wheeler with valid license** is a must
- Should be **available to join immediately**
