- Organize and participate in field events such as product demonstrations, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Gather market insights and customer feedback to help optimize marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates to management.
- Ensure brand consistency across all field marketing activities.
- Manage inventory and distribution of marketing materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and adaptable, with excellent organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions.
