As a Field Marketing Officer at 108 Venues, you will be the face of our brand in the market. You will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on driving venue onboarding and bookings through on-ground activities, client interactions, and market penetration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Venue Onboarding**:work on venue onboarding and ensure a smooth integration of new listings onto the platform.
- **Client Acquisition and Onboarding**: Identify and engage potential clients in the hospitality and events industry. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- **Market Research and Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and challenges within the industry. Analyze competitor activities and customer preferences to develop effective marketing strategies.
- **Event Planning and Execution**: Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote 108 Venues.
- **Public Relations**: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and bloggers to generate positive press coverage.
- **Partner Management**: Collaborate with event planners, decorators, photographers, and other industry professionals to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**: Directly contribute to revenue growth by generating leads and closing deals.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field marketing, business development, or sales within the hospitality or events industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Kannada and other relevant languages.
- Possess a valid driving license and own vehicle for field visits.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
