**Job Description**:
Winntus Formworks is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Field Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our formworks products in the field. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, engage with customers, and drive sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement field marketing plans to promote Winntus Formworks products.
- Identify target markets and demographics for effective outreach.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align field activities with overall marketing objectives.
- Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure effective lead generation and conversion.
- Track and analyze field marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in field marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with formworks or related construction products.
- Previous experience with event planning and execution.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Certification in marketing or related field is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
