**Job Title**: Field Marketing Executive - Robotics Programs

**Location**: Bangalore

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Marketing Executive to promote our robotics education programs in schools and educational institutions. The role involves building relationships with school authorities, presenting our robotics curriculum, and driving enrollments for workshops, classes, and projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and reach out to schools and institutions to introduce robotics programs.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of robotics workshops and kits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school management and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the internal team to plan and execute marketing campaigns and events.
- Gather market insights and feedback to help improve program offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of school visits, leads, agreements, and follow-ups.
- Achieve targets for partnerships, enrollments, and outreach activities.
- Represent the company professionally at educational events, workshops, and exhibitions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or educational outreach (experience in robotics/STEM education is a plus).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage with school authorities and understand their needs.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
