**Job Type**: Full-time/ part time

**Location**: Bangalore

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven **Field Marketing Executive** to promote our STEM/Robotics/AI programs and services in schools. The role involves direct engagement with school management, decision-makers, and stakeholders to generate leads, build relationships, and ensure successful partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to schools to introduce and promote our company in providing robotics education to the students.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, coordinators, and management teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Organize and participate in school events, workshops, and exhibitions for brand visibility.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations to schools and educational authorities.
- Identify and approach schools for potential tie-ups.
- Meet with principals, coordinators, and management to present our services.
- Ensure timely execution of services (Robotics, AI, STEM, and other educational programs) for students.
- Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and events in schools to promote programs.
- Collect feedback and market insights to support business growth strategies.
- Maintain records of visits, leads, and conversions in reporting formats.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in **field sales/marketing** (experience in education sector is an added advantage).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (communication is a must).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for school visits.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
