Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential clients for architectural services, including real estate developers, homeowners, and businesses.
- Conduct field visits, presentations, and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their design needs and proposing customized solutions.
- Collaborate with the in-house design team to align sales pitches with service offerings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback and report to the sales team for strategic improvements.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through site visits, cold calls, and networking.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system.

Skills & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
- Fresher’s are also eligible to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of architecture or construction industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Two wheeler is must.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
