**ThinkQuestLab** Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team for Chessensei, our innovative educational program designed to enhance critical thinking skills through chess. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads from schools and apartment complexes within your designated area.

**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**: Identify and target potential schools and apartment complexes within the assigned territory to promote Chessensei.

**Client Acquisition**: Initiate contact with decision-makers in schools and apartment complexes to present the benefits of Chessensei and secure partnerships.

**Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, apartment managers, and community leaders.

**Sales Target Achievement**:Achieve monthly sales targets, with a portion of the salary being target-based.

**Performance Incentives**: Upon meeting or exceeding the sales targets, receive additional compensation of 10% on extra sales generated.

**Qualifications**:
**Sales Experience**:Proven track record in sales, preferably in the education or services sector.

**Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition of Chessensei.

**Networking Abilities**: Strong networking and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential clients.

**Self-Motivated**:Ability to work independently and proactively seek out new sales opportunities.

**Target-Driven**: Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

**Freshers are allowed**

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Base Salary: Rs 20,000 per month
- Target-Based Bonus: Rs 3,000 per month (based on achieving sales targets)
- Performance Incentives: 10% commission on extra sales generated after meeting targets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
