**Job Title: Field Sales Representative**

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential customers and create a customer database.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet the targets.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Analyze sales data and report on sales performance.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.
- Travel to different locations to meet with customers and make sales.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
- Ability to travel frequently.
- A valid driver’s license.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in field sales.

**Salary**:

- The salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Field sales: 2 years (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)
