**Job Title**: Field Sales Representative
**Location**: Bangalore and Surrounding Areas

**Work Profile**:

- Identify and engage potential leads.
- Conduct meetings with shopkeepers and showroom owners for bathroom and sanitary products.
- Understand and resolve customer problems through practical demonstrations.
- Provide training to shopkeepers and showroom owners.
- Source leads in the respective area for top builders, architects, and plumbers.
- Engage with and provide training to consumers, including construction companies involved in residential flats or houses.
- Conduct local and state-level travel for project-related meetings during the day and showroom/shop visits in the evening.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in the local language is essential.
- Good English communication skills are preferred but not mandatory.
- Reasonable Hindi or English communication skills are required for coordination with our Jalandhar office staff.
- Experience in selling tangible items related to metal or construction by visiting construction companies or institutions is also acceptable.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, familiarity with bathroom trends, and experience working in showrooms or shops selling bathroom and sanitary products are a plus.

**Salary Range**: ₹22,000 - ₹44,500
