Field Sales Officer

**Role Overview**
The **Sales Officer** is responsible for leading and managing the sales operations within a defined geographic region. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, managing distributor networks, and ensuring effective coordination between field sales teams, marketing, and supply chain.
**Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Target Achievement**
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the Area Sales Manager.
- Drive both primary (distributor-level) and secondary (retail-level) sales.
- Promote all active SKUs and ensure consistent order flow.
**2. Market Coverage & Outlet Expansion**
- Increase outlet reach and product availability across the assigned region.
- Work towards expanding coverage in alignment with company goals
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new retail opportunities.
**3. Distribution Management**
- Coordinate with distributors for timely order fulfillment, stock replenishment, and payment collections.
- Monitor distributor stock levels to ensure adequate availability of products.
- Ensure accurate placement of Point-of-Sale (POS) materials and in-store visibility.
**4. Brand Promotion & Marketing Support**
- Execute product displays, promotional activities, and schemes as per marketing plans.
- Ensure that all ongoing **offers and campaigns** are effectively communicated to retailers.
- Support branding efforts by maintaining uniform product presentation across outlets.
**5. Market Intelligence & Reporting**
- Collect market feedback, competitor activity, and pricing data.
- Maintain daily sales reports (DSR) and share timely updates with the management.
- Coordinate closely with the warehouse team to stay updated on stock positions and movement.
**6. Customer Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Address complaints, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of FMCG distribution and retail dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools.
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
- Good market awareness and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
