**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Distributor Appointment & Management**:
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors in the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with distributors to ensure proper market coverage.
- Provide regular updates to distributors on product availability, pricing, and promotions.
- **Primary Sales**:
- Achieve primary sales targets by selling hygiene products to appointed distributors.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- **Secondary Sales**:
- Ensure effective secondary sales by collaborating with distributors and retailers.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock availability and assess market demand.
- Execute promotional campaigns to drive product visibility and retail sales.
- **Market Analysis & Reporting**:
- Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and new product launches in the hygiene sector.
- Provide sales reports and market insights to management on a regular basis.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Build relationships with retailers and key customers to ensure product placement and satisfaction.
- Resolve distributor and customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- **Sales Promotions & Campaigns**:
- Participate in the planning and execution of promotional activities, such as trade shows, product demonstrations, and in-store promotions.
- Ensure product merchandising standards are met.
**Key Skills**:
- Proven experience in appointing and managing distributors.
- Strong knowledge of primary and secondary sales processes.
- Ability to work independently and drive results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills to understand market trends and sales performance.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hygiene or FMCG sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in local languages is a plus.
**Compensation**:
CTC : 4 to 6 Lpa
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
