Administration Executive

Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external
colleagues.
- Handling correspondence directed to managers.
- Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to
improve current systems.
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and
industry partners.
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and client
- Excellent time management skills and well-developed organizational skills.
- Act as a point of contact for all clients and to priorities and manage the manager’s
time
- Calendar management - schedule internal and client meetings.
- Vendor Management
- Arrange audio and video conference meetings/calls.
- Managing executive business itinerary for visiting Partners, includes arranging
client meetings and logistics.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation, book cars, tickets, business visa etc.
- Promptly answer calls with courteous, professional and routing calls appropriately.
- Interact with internal and external clients, senior officials to coordinate conference
calls, organize meetings, schedule appointments and manage calendar, update
contacts database.
- Office Infrastructure / Safety equipment's.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
