We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented **Executive Assistant (Female)** to support the senior management of a reputed **Export House in the Garments sector** located in **Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist with day-to-day operations and office management
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations
- Maintain filing systems and databases

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional demeanor and a proactive attitude
