Executive Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the [CEO/President/Executive Team], including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Act as a point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, agendas, and meeting materials
- Conduct research and compile data as needed for various projects and initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
