
Outpatient Administrator

Job Summary: As an Outpatient Doctor with an Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) or General Nurse Midwife (GNM) qualification and at least 5 years of experience, your main role is to provide medical care to patients visiting the hospital for treatment but not requiring overnight stays. You'll assess patients' health, diagnose illnesses, and offer treatment options, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Patient Care**: Assess the health of patients coming to the hospital for outpatient treatment, listening to their concerns and examining them to understand their medical needs.
2. **Diagnosis and Treatment**: Use your experience and training to diagnose patients' conditions accurately and recommend appropriate treatments or therapies to help them recover.
3. **Communication**: Explain medical information and treatment plans to patients and their families in clear, understandable language, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
4. **Collaboration**: Work alongside nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care, ensuring all aspects of treatment are well-managed and consistent.
5. **Record Keeping**: Maintain detailed records of patient assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care in accordance with hospital protocols and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- **ANM/GNM Qualification**: Hold a diploma in Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) or General Nursing Midwifery (GNM) from a recognized institution.
- **Experience**: Have at least 5 years of experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in outpatient care.
- **Clinical Skills**: Possess strong clinical assessment abilities and the capacity to make accurate diagnoses based on patient symptoms and medical history.
- **Communication**: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information in simple terms to patients and their families.
- **Teamwork**: Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with colleagues to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
