**Job Summary**:
The Administrative Secretary provides administrative and clerical support to the hospital’s management team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient coordination across departments. This role is vital in maintaining patient satisfaction, supporting healthcare professionals, and streamlining hospital functions.

**Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support**
- Manage and coordinate schedules for hospital executives and senior staff, including meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) for patient records, contracts, and hospital policies.
- Draft, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.

**Communication and Coordination**
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Coordinate communication between departments such as outpatient services, surgical units, and administrative offices.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth hospital operations.

**Clerical Duties**
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Oversee billing, invoice processing, and financial documentation in collaboration with the accounts team.

**Hospital-Specific Tasks**
- Ensure accurate scheduling of surgeries, appointments, and follow-up visits in the hospital’s electronic health records system.
- Assist in compliance with healthcare regulations, including record-keeping for audits and inspections.
- Support patient satisfaction efforts by ensuring effective communication and resolving queries.

**Event and Project Support**
- Organize training sessions, hospital events, and community outreach programs.
- Assist in implementing new hospital initiatives or projects, including research and data collection.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in administration, healthcare management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and hospital management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

**Working Hours**:

- Full-time: Monday to Saturday (timings may vary based on hospital needs).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
