**Jr Sous Chef / Sr Sous Chef - Indian & Tandoor as Outlet Chef**

JD - Will be responsible to efficiently running of the department in line with brand and Corporate Strategies and standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

The Sous Chef is responsible managing /assigned kitchen operation as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration.

Eligibility - **BHM /Diploma in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management, 4-5 years of experience as key position in kitchen with a restaurant chain or Hotel Brand.**
- Area of specialization in the kitchen should either be Indian / Tandoor or a Mix of Both.
- Innovative, knowledge food trends, menu planning and overall Menu Costing, good communication, guest relations and Personal relations, team building and handling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,269.06 - ₹46,644.71 per month
