**Department**: Kitchen / Culinary Team
**Reports To**: CDP / Sous Chef / Head Chef

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for passionate and hardworking **Commis Chefs** to join our culinary team at **Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar**. The role involves assisting senior chefs in daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation across all outlets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes under the supervision of the CDP or Sous Chef.
- Ensure all ingredients and mise-en-place are ready before service.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards consistently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas according to company and FSSAI standards.
- Help in receiving and storing food supplies properly.
- Support senior chefs in maintaining kitchen equipment and ensuring safety compliance.
- Learn and adapt to new menu items and kitchen techniques.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations, especially during rush hours.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or certification in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts preferred.
- Minimum **1-2 years of experience** as Commis in a restaurant, bar, lounge, or hotel setup.
- Basic knowledge of Indian, Continental, or Multi-cuisine cooking.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Flexible to work in different locations and shifts.
