**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the **CDP**in day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Prepare, cook, and present continental dishes as per standard recipes and portion sizes.
- Maintain the highest food quality, taste, and presentation standards.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food items (FIFO).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation, equipment, and kitchen area.
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP).
- Assist in menu planning, food costing, and recipe development.
- Supervise and guide Commis chefs during preparation.
- Control wastage and monitor food stock.
- Ensure timely preparation and smooth service during peak hours

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
