Male Executive Assistant to Chairman
Location - Delhi
Experience: 2-5 years
Maximum CTC: Up to 10 lacs per annum
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Efficiently manage Chairman’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle communication on behalf of the Chairman, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality.
- Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
- Coordinate and assist in organizing high-level meetings and events.
- Conduct research and provide insightful information to support decision-making.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
**Requirements**:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and scheduling tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
