Position: Personal Assistant (PA) Male & Female (2 Openings)

Location: New Delhi

Organization: Indian Rice Exporters Federation (IREF)

About the Role:

We are looking for two dynamic and dedicated Personal Assistants (one male and one female) to work directly with the Chairman & National President of IREF. The ideal candidates must be highly skilled, professional, and committed to supporting the leadership in day-to-day operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken & written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, digital platforms, and office automation.
  • Highly organized, hardworking, and reliable.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Willingness for immediate joining.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in scheduling, correspondence, and coordination of meetings.
  • Draft letters, emails, and official communications.
  • Manage travel arrangements, events, and office tasks.
  • Support in research, presentations, and use of AI tools for efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Chairman to ensure smooth daily operations.
