Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate in the Chairman's Office, located in New Delhi. The Associate will be responsible for assisting the Chairman with daily research and admin tasks, coordinating with various departments, preparing reports and presentations, and managing correspondence. The role also includes scheduling meetings, handling communications, organizing events, and performing research as required to support the Chairman's initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Clinical degree - A must have qualification . MBA would be an added advantage - Those who do not have a medical degree should not apply
  • Administrative skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, report preparation, meeting coordination
  • Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, correspondence management
  • Interpersonal skills: Ability to work collaboratively with various departments, and independently
  • Analytical skills: Research and data analysis capabilities
