The organization connects patients with top doctors, policy-makers, regulators, industry leaders, and fellow patients. This connection allows patients to voice their opinions, contribute to policy formulation, gain authentic information on diseases and treatments, and learn how to better manage their conditions.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate in the Chairman's Office located in New Delhi. Responsibilities include supporting the Chairman in daily tasks, coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, conducting research on health policies and patient needs, preparing presentations, and liaising with various stakeholders. The Associate will also assist in gathering patient feedback, analyzing data, and creating reports to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in preparing presentations and managing correspondence
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders including patients, international organizations, government agencies, and healthcare professionals
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in the healthcare sector or related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in medicine, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or related field
