Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet
Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chairman
to provide high-level administrative support and ensure smooth coordination of daily operations. The EA will the trusted partner to the Chairman, managing schedules, communication, confidential information, and strategic initiatives with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and manage activities on behalf of the Chairman, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Participate in regular meetings with the Executive Management Team, discussing business issues, analyzing solutions, and offering insights.
- Address inquiries directed to the Chairman, delegate tasks, and ensure proper action is taken.
- Project Management: Manage and oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring they align with the organizations business plan and timelines.
- Manage and maintain the Chairman's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, visas, itineraries, and accommodation.
- Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Take accurate minutes of meetings and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
- Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders

Strategic planning under the guidance of Chairman Desk.
