**Campaign Execution**: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Linkedin and other platforms.
- **Monitoring and Optimization**: Track daily performance metrics, monitor campaign performance, and adjust strategies to improve ROI and achieve set KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- **Keyword and Audience Research**: Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor analysis to optimize campaign targeting and ad copy.
- **Ad Copy and Creative Development**: Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions.
- **A/B Testing**: Implement A/B tests to optimize creative, messaging, targeting, and landing pages to improve performance.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Analyze campaign data and performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other marketing analytics tools. Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights and recommendations.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in managing and allocating budgets effectively to maximize performance and ROI across all campaigns.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- **Learning and Development**: Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance digital marketing skills and knowledge.
