**Key Responsibilities**
As a **Performance Marketing Executive**, you will be responsible for driving digital campaigns with measurable results and optimizing the performance of these campaigns. Your role will involve managing and analyzing paid media strategies, creating compelling campaigns, and ensuring the delivery of strong ROI.
- **Campaign Management**:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and manage digital campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion goals.
- Collaborate with creative teams to create engaging ad copy and visuals.
- **Performance Optimization**:
- Analyze and interpret campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and other campaign elements to enhance performance.
- Optimize campaigns for cost efficiency (e.g., CPC, CPA, ROAS).
- **Budget Management**:
- Allocate and manage budgets for various campaigns.
- Track campaign spend and ensure adherence to budget constraints while maximizing impact.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and campaign dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance updates to stakeholders.
- **Audience Targeting**:
- Conduct audience research to identify and understand target demographics.
- Implement precise audience segmentation to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Leverage retargeting and remarketing strategies.
- **Market Research**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
- Analyze competitor campaigns and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing strategies.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in digital or performance marketing, preferably with a focus on paid media.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other PPC platforms.
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or HubSpot.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
