**1. Paid Advertising Strategy & Execution**
- Plan, launch, and manage **paid marketing campaigns** across platforms: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and optimize ad copy, creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Build custom audiences, retargeting funnels, and lookalike campaigns.

**2. Performance Analysis & Optimization**
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like **Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics dashboards**.
- Optimize for key metrics**:CPA, CTR, ROAS, CPL**, etc.
- Run **A/B testing** on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to improve conversion rates.

**3. Landing Page & Funnel Collaboration**
- Work with design/content/dev teams to improve **landing page performance** and user experience.
- Ensure messaging alignment between ads and post-click experience (CRO-focused).

**4. Budget Management**
- Plan and allocate monthly and quarterly **ad spend** across channels and campaigns.
- Monitor pacing and ensure spend efficiency against defined goals.

**5. Campaign Planning & GTM Execution**
- Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and growth initiatives with performance-first marketing strategies.
- Drive user acquisition, lead generation, or sales — based on business goals.

**6. Market & Competitor Insights**
- Research competitor ad strategies, trends, and audience behavior to inform media planning.
- Stay updated with **platform updates**, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats.

**7. Team & Vendor Coordination**
- Collaborate with internal teams (brand, content, SEO, design, tech) for cohesive campaigns.
- Manage relationships with media buying agencies, freelancers, or platform reps as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
