**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Optimization various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.).
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance against defined KPIs (CTR, CPL, ROI, conversions).
- Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing/leadership team.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and optimize targeting.
- Work closely with the creative and content team to align messaging with campaign goals.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors’ performance to suggest improvements.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Strong understanding of **digital marketing platforms** (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads).
- Proficiency in **analytics tools** (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Excel).
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 2 years of experience in performance marketing/digital marketing.
