Performance marketing is a type of digital marketing where marketers only pay when a

desired action is taken, such as a click, lead, or sale. Performance marketers use a variety of

channels to reach their target audience, including paid search, social media advertising,

display advertising, and affiliate marketing.

Performance marketing managers are responsible for developing and executing

performance marketing campaigns to achieve specific business goals. They work closely

with other members of the marketing team to create and implement a comprehensive

marketing strategy.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across a variety of channels
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of

campaigns
- Optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
- Work with other members of the marketing team to create and implement a

comprehensive marketing strategy

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing
- Strong understanding of paid search, social media advertising, display advertising,

and affiliate marketing
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

**Desired Skills**
- Experience with Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
- Experience with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools
- Experience with creative development
- Experience with project management
