Role OverviewWe're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience in managing and executing digital ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, Bing, etc. The ideal candidate is execution-focused and comfortable working with multiple client accounts simultaneously, handling campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization with attention to detail and accountability. At Edelytics, you're not just pressing buttons on ad platforms, you're learning what makes people click, convert, and return again.
This role is built for the executive with insight, someone who's not just good with ad managers, but curious about the "why" behind every number. Key Responsibilities
- Run and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Bing, and other ad platforms for multiple clients.
- Set up ad sets, creatives, target groups, budget,s and monitor campaign performance.
- Assist client in onboarding, campaign launches, and reporting.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to align creatives with campaign objectives.
- Monitor and optimize ads to improve CPC, CTR, CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
- Conduct regular audits and make data-backed adjustments.
- Support tracking implementation using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Stay informed about platform updates, ad trends, and campaign best practices.
