Role Overview:

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize digital campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and more. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with performance tools, analytical in approach, and focused on driving high-quality leads or conversions within defined budgets. The role requires a high level of expertise and ownership to ensure efforts are not duplicated and resources are used efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-efficient campaign delivery (ROAS, CPL, CPA goals).
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other dashboards.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation platforms) for content generation, campaign optimization, and productivity enhancement.
  • Collaborate with content/design teams to ensure high-performing creatives and landing experiences.
  • Apply a solid understanding of SEO principles to improve ad performance and landing page relevance.
  • Prepare performance reports, highlight insights, and suggest data-backed optimizations.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, new ad formats, and emerging digital tools.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4 preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort in Excel/Sheets and campaign reporting.
  • Understanding of funnels, tracking (UTMs, pixels), and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with travel, e-commerce, or lead-gen campaigns is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar are a bonus.
  • Exposure to tools like Hotjar, HubSpot, or CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with AI-based marketing tools and SEO best practices is preferred.
